Punkt1 is the largest chain store for domestic appliances in Denmark. Their objective was to consolidate their position in the market, and ease their sales of product-related services such as delivery and installation. So, to make everything tangible and easy to understand, we made a series of "empty" service packages with all service information printed on the outside, so that it was now possible to get one’s hands on the products. Based on the brand logo, we developed a sub-logo which added the word “service” to the established logo – in handwriting, so as to stress the human factor. We also made a photo series of the various services showing them in action one by one.

The series consists of 9 different packages:

• Delivery (goes for all types of domestic appliances)
• Washing machine (delivery and installation)
• Dryer (delivery and installation)
• Freeser and refrigerator (delivery and installation)
• Stove (delivery and installation)
• Dishwasher (delivery and installation)
• Integrated stove (delivery and instattion)
• Integrated cooking plate (delivery and installation)
• Exhaust hood (delivery and installation)
