QWERTY: We are a group of hikers, mountain bikers and skateboarders who love typography as much as the next guy, our love for typography made us responsible for the creation of Seafel, type inspired by the roads and strokes of a brush, La Guardia font inspired by how the Sky touches the ground in Ecuador. We create fonts for to be used in the creative Industry as well as hand-drawn typography for anyone to experience beautiful type.
why QWERTY: Since we create fonts to be used on a computer, and people use their keyboards to see our work, our computer keyboard became a symbol of our craft. we are now a less serious company implementing social and expressionistic illustration into our work, so we created Bubble; With Bubble we didn't invent the alphabet or the art of lettering but we invented a set of characters with the meaning of a traditional language, communication which let us be more expressionistic, and so we are QWERTY.
