Infographic - Ayutthaya Historical Map

Since 1351-1767, Ayutthaya was a Siamese kingdom with 416 years of history. Those civilization are remained until this day. As seen in this map, it is amazing that many historic buildings and temples are located along with Chao Phraya river in great kingdom of Ayutthaya.

One of Ayutthaya's the best known attraction are these great towers which called "Pra-Prang". They are located in Wat Chaiwattanaram, on the west of Chao Phraya river. Actually, the tallest prang is about 35 metres height, surrounded with four smaller prangs and enclosed with 8 chedi-shapped building.

As a symbol of Thailand, you can see over 100 elephants in Wang Chang. Though they are huge and powerful, their little smile eyes are very gentle. Once you come to Thailand, do not miss to visit our lovely companions.
Another amazing tourist attraction is Wat Mahathat. Among the collapsed temple, you will find the head of Buddha covered by trunk and root. Isn't it stunning? So, please come and visit Ayutthaya.
