UW Virology is recognized as a worldwide leader in virology research. Their research programs integrate the latest in computational, laboratory, and clinical research methods to advance the understanding of infectious diseases. Not only was their old website (below) outdated and difficult to maintain, they were suffering from an identity crisis buried within UW Department of Laboratory Medicine. They are well known throughout the worldwide medical and scientific community as UW Virology. We worked with them on their branding, keeping them aligned but clearly identified as UW Virology. 

 

We convenienced them to drop Drupal and adopt Wordpress as their platform. After providing a couple of quick Wordpress training sessions, their project lead took over admin of their website and continues to keep their content fresh, relevant and exciting.
