My idea behind this piece was to collage some of the many of thousands of images I have taken with the iphone. I first created a grid and then chose 25 images that represent my love for nature. Each image was edited with Pixlr so that I could tone the images with old school alternative processes such as selenium, sepia, copper, and gold tones. The final piece was printed on japanese inkjet paper leaving the images with a ghostly transparency. Represented my thoughts about this world is all we have and we must make every opportunity to enjoy it's beauty and preserve it.
