GiveCentral is a web-based donation platform designed to help nonprofit organizations raise more money. By consolidating all collection, fundraising and communication activities in one place, GiveCentral makes it easier for donors to give, for nonprofits to communicate and for administrators to manage their finances and donor records.

From a complete logo and branding overhaul in 2012 to a redesigned website and stylistic changes, GiveCentral's "face" has been integral to its rapid growth over the last few years.
This presentation auto-runs on a monitor in the GiveCentral booth at trade shows and conferences to attract the attention of passers-by and keep them engaged if our team is busy. Subtle animations in the PowerPoint version add motion that is eye-catching without being disruptive.
Email is the primary first-contact promotional tool for GiveCentral, custom-designed and hand-coded for use with a very basic email service provider. From promotional messages to feature updates to templates for use by clients, I use basic HTML and CSS to build, coordinate and send our marketing pieces to donors, program administrators and prospective clients alike.
Standing banners for use at trade shows, approximately 6' tall. The statistics come directly from our own 2014 survey of nonprofit leaders.
Informational flyers, primarily distributed at trade shows but also sent to prospective new clients or new administrators to get them up to speed.
Resources for nonprofits to use can be created as-needed, or based off a template. Since many GiveCentral clients are churches, these "pew cards" can be distributed to parishioners who fill out their pledge and return the cards to the parish office for data entry. Donors are registered with GiveCentral and receive a confirmation email that gives them access to their own account.

These cards are available to clients as a letter-size PDF so they can easily be printed on an office printer or at the local print shop. 2-up and double-sided, they simply need to be cut and folded. Depending on the resources of an individual church, this task can be sent to a favorite print shop or done right in the office by students or volunteers.
GiveCentral Go is a mobile swipe device that allows nonprofits to accept credit and debit card donations on the go, directly from a smartphone or tablet. Donors may make one-time or recurring gifts, set up pledges, and pre-authorize a card for use at charitable events. The app is scheduled for an overhaul with the migration of Apple audio to the lighning connector.
These 20-page brochures promote GiveCentral to potential partners and potential nonprofit clients, respectively.
Advertising of all types, including full-color, black-and-white, and web banners, are used to promote GiveCentral. Clockwise, starting at left: Nonprofit Technology Conference (NTEN), The Nonprofit Times, Shepherds Advisor, Chicago Parish Leadership Day, Diocesan Information Systems Conference.
