This is a voice over project done for Pioneer Village in Florida. In this video, a resident gives a virtual tour of the village.  I wrote a script, narrated the video and added sound effects. 

Since much of the success of this project came from timing, I had to tailor the script based on how much time had before each scene.  There was a lot of information I wanted to give.  But more so than anything, I want to give the viewer the experience of being in Pioneer Village.

I was advised to get a better quality microphone for this project.  I spent about $50 on this microphone.  It is a simple USB plug in.  It truly helped with the overall quality of the narration.

This is my Garageband screen before the final mix.  This is a powerful tool in narrating and doing voice overs for video.  I was able to embed the video and let it play as I did the voice over.  I was also able to paste my script onto the screen to eliminate the paper script.  This was very helpful with timing.
