Observing the negative atmosphere in a chemist store and irritatated mood of a patient / customer at the store. We looked for opportunities to enhance the customers' experience at the chemist. We looked at possibilitites for enhancement in visual elements in the store, navigation, customer service, trust factor, etc. 

 

Looking through the customer's journey in a store, below few opportunity areas were detected and enhancements recommended for better customer experience.
