'The Book Society' is small book store and comprehensive independent publishing platform.

This small book store, which is located in calm place Jongro, mainly introduce independent publishings.

And everty friday they held seminar from various people in independent publishing field.

In this project, I researched and interview with the owner because I was long time visitor and also highly interested in independent publishing field.

They introduce new movement and thinking in art and design frield,

such as relationship between art and labor.

In addition, they tell the Japanese architect trend which is non-bulild architect because of saturated condition in city.

In this module,

I wanted to wrote down my expression of this field, which is independent publishing and wanted to meet the actual person from them. I practiced editting and whole research process.
