In "Making an Impact", the agency demonstrates how it is solving problems, advocating for social change, and providing vital human services as a key partner with government. Success stories from various programs are brought to the center stage and presented on a backdrop of public policy statistics represented through infographs. Also included are summaries of how each agency program is navigating challenges and moving toward their own goals. One of the challenges with this annual report was to bring life to statistical data and have it be as interesting and moving as the real life stories they are anchored to.
