Pageant. It's a word that makes us cringe. Recruiting contestants for pageants is quite difficult, because of all the bad publicity this business has suffered. Between Miss Teen Carolina and Toddlers & Tiaras, there isn't much space left for the good stuff.
We designed several posters, and kept two of them. One to address the Miss age group, the other one to address the Teens.
The "Beach" poster became the #1 tool for recruiting.
THe "Subliminal" poster wasn't used. The background type read "miss malibu 2011", but it could have read some subliminal message, like "The crown is mine!" or "I am the Queen Diva!"
The "Bubble" poster was aimed at the teen category.
The "Question" poster. Each letter is made of typical on stage pageant questions. This poster wasn't used.
