This is Black Letter Beerworks, a brewery I made up. I am a big craft beer nerd, so it was just as fun designing the logo as thinking up the different styles of beer. The logo is a modern interpretation of medival blackletter. It is also a play-on-words (sort of). I used a 'K' because it is the letter used in printing for black. I was inspired by Ommegang's design work.
