Sometimes the simplest pages can be surprisingly fun to design. Whether it's because of the great photography, the people behind the image or being able to play with unusual elements and cutouts, I really enjoyed working on these particular Table of Contents pages.
This was my very first solo design assignment. Even though it’s just a simple Arts & Entertainment spread, piecing together various size images and text can be challenging. I still smile when I look at this piece because I remember vividly how excited I was to get the assignment and the feeling of accomplishment I had when my AD approved it for print.
