I sure do love drawing monograms. When someone comes to me specifically asking for something like that, it just turns out to be one of the greatest pleasures.
Had such a liberty and simply a great time doing this project for Five Star Barber Shop, from San Diego, CA.
Not meant to be a branding or redesign. Instead, a monogram to be applied into some situations, such as t-shirts.
It started off with a few rough sketches, and soon I was able to achieve a few nice placements and play with the letter forms. Below you will find some of the steps, color variations, and an animated .gif.
