Childhood of the Witch Sisters
a.k.a. The Wicked Witches of the East and West See Their First Winged Monkey
Every year my school has an illustration theme show, and this year the theme was Wizard of Oz. As is mentioned briefly in the book, the Wicked Witch of the East and the Wicked Witch of the West were sisters. I wanted to portray a moment before Dorothy's arrival, when they were just children together exploring their strange homeland together.
