My FD, which stands for My Financial Director, is a UK based accounting service, offering bookkeeping and admin for contractors, consultants and freelancers wishing to start a limited company.

My FD logo is based on a strong but simple typographic contrast between the handwritten word my which represents the individual and the bold typed FD which represent the financial services structure.

The business cards, compliment slips and letterheads were printed on a pristine smooth, embossed Colorplan paper manufactured by GFSmith. To ensure a really high sharpness on each of the small typographic details we have chosen to use two solid ink Pantone colours. For the typography, we have used the FF Scala designed by a Dutch designer Martin Majoor in the early 1990s and Lato, a sans serif typeface family started in 2010 by a Polish designer Ćukasz Dziedzic.
