I was contracted to Design and program/run lights for the event. I worked with the video director's idea of having multiple screens displaying content as a backdrop for the stage. The initial design and paperwork can be found here. Though somethings in the initial design changed based on available equipment and some non functioning equipment the overall feel I wanted was maintained.
