Armed with the project brief to do a pop up book to promote tourism in Singapore, I decided to take on the project of promoting it to children. A set of characters was form and they form the Rojak Rock band. Rojak is a unique Singapore fusion dish just like this rock band of characters, which are Mer the Merlion, Orchard the lead singer(, Esplane the durian head guitarist and Chilli their pet crab. This book introduce 5 kids centred places, the Jacob Ballas garden, the science centre, Lim Chu Kang farms, the mint toy museum and children little museum. It is a pop up book that will attract both parents and children to this children and tourist friendly place, and even contain the address and website of the places.
