Task definition:
To develop a corporate portal to present world fishing tours conducted by the WorldFishing company; to publish the fishing industry expert articles; to provide visa support and related services to the fishing enthusiasts and professionals.
To solve all the tasks we distinguished the main website sectors for selling the tours and assistance in visa application processes, rendering related services for fishing enthusiasts and professionals.
To solve all the tasks we differentiated the website sectors by the functional purposes: the main ones that sell the tours, and servicing sections – to publish experts’ articles and information about the fishing gear repairs, to provide the visa processing support, and to create a special website so that the users could write about their personal fishing travelling experience.
The tour catalogue is made as a selection of several countries, and each one of those represents it’s own set of fishing tours.
On the tour page a full description is given of it: accommodation conditions supplied with the pictures of cottages, tour prices in different currencies, photos, boat renting prices, additional services, and routes to fishing places.
There’s also fishing equipment displayed at the page, so that you can buy it right away in the webstore.
An experts blog has been created to add and share professional information in articles and overviews. The blog is connected to several social nets, so they can transmit their posts directly from the website.
It’s possible to view the records feed from all the experts or read each blog separately.
The fishermen are very fond of sharing their impressions with others, so we payed special attention to the “Feedback” sector and provided this opportunity fully.
