Promotional Booklet // Book Design
During my summer internship at Herring, I created a booklet showcasing the firm's book designs. By understanding the design directors' goals for this project, I directed and photographed materials with consideration for each book's visual presence and message.
When designing the booklet, I selected images that best represented Herring's capabilities. This booklet will be part of a "Share your story" series that displays the expertise of services offered. Branding elements were maintained and paired with self written copy giving readers a glimpse into the firm's book design abilities.
This project allowed me to experiment with photography and layout, while igniting my writing outlet. From stacked books in need of photographing to thumbing through printing proofs, this experience has allowed for growth in design, collaboration and communication.
