Catalogue for an exhibition marking the 25th anniversary of the National Design Prizes (PND). The exhibition was intended to showcase the culture of design and contrast it with the ‘design’ culture propagated by the media, a theme reflected in the publication’s tabloid-style format. The exhibition was organised in three sections – designers, users and companies – and in the catalogue these are linked to three colours: red, blue and green. Because the catalogue was so large, a folder needed to be designed to make it easier to carry. To store the publication on a bookshelf, the handles are simply separated along the die-cut line, and the folder becomes a protective cover.
