Flyer design. The clients wanted a marketing design to present their new range of homes to appeal to builders of a certain geographic target market. The strategy was developed to incorporate elements of the area for which the homes were intended to be built in, and tailored to include references to the wine-making heritage of the area.
The clients wanted the design to be double-sided A4 so they could easily print in-house, and they wanted the series to work as something they could display on the walls of their showhomes, and present to the customer to take home and relay necessary information. They also asked for the design to not only work as individual sheets, but as a whole cohesive piece of design.
