Earlier this year I participated in #The100DayProject and embarked on a journey to sketch for 100 days. I made an strong effort to stick to it day after day, even bringing my sketchbook on family trips, appointments, hikes, work or any other place where I thought I'd get a chance to sketch. In the end, the reward for having completed more than 100 days of sketching exceeded my expectations when I realized just how meditative sketching is. At work a few coworkers and I started the Coffee and Sketch club to give ourselves an opportunity to sketch.
