Overview
Posters series to debut an internal employee award program, called Transformers, for those who made small actions with large impacts. It was meant to boost morale. Campaign consisted of a teaser poster and a poster for each of the 5 awards.

Teaser Poster
A teaser poster was created so employees would be aware of the program and nominate co-workers. A web page was also developed based on my design, and an email campaign with more information was launched soon after.
 
Small text reads: "The practical electric light bulb was invented in 1879 in response to daily (and nightly) lighting issues of the time. Today, it lights up every home, office, and flashlight. When you think about it, it is extraordinary. And so are you."
Web Page
I recently created the web page as an expansion of the poster series. It features a transparent sticky navigation bar with links that highlight to green as you scroll to a section of the page. The links also highlight to green if you click the link, with the addition of a smooth scroll effect. I did all coding and visual/interaction design work.

Follow-Up Posters
The following posters created for Houghton Mifflin Harcourt were meant to further advertise the program and get more nominations. Each time an employee would win the award, there would be a poster featuring them posted on each floor and a notice on the web page. This furthered the feeling that employees are special, and brought more attention to the award program. Note: The "winners" as seen here are just fun placeholders.
