The Santa Fe Opera, Capital Campaign Brochure

Known for its glorious setting unmatched anywhere in the world, the Santa Fe Opera provides an unforgettable experience for all visitors, first-time audiences and opera-lovers alike. Audiences are treated to a grand 360 degree vista of the high desert and world-class artistry on stage.

Founded in 1957 by John Crosby and re-designed by Polshek Partners in 1998, the 2,128 seat open-air theater will undertake a further expansion to allow for more ambitious opera productions, enhance the overall audience experience, and create a more comfortable environment for artists and production staff.

Ryoichi and his team have designed a capital campaign brochure for The Santa Fe Opera that can be used as a calling card to tell the expansion story. The challenge was to create a sophisticated brochure that would capture the Opera’s core identity with immersive photos of the magnificent Mesa landscape and world-renowned repertoire.

Santa Fe’s rich deep brown soil and dusty red sunsets inspired the choice of the primary color palette.
The brochure is designed to feel luxurious and formal, reflecting the experience of The Santa Fe Opera campus as one of the world’s leading cultural festivals. The tactilely designed brochure is an elegant medium-size coffee table book that comes in a branded custom envelope. The binding is saddle-sewn with dusty red thread.
