Experience design agency Great Fridays have had a long-standing relationship with telecommunications giant, Vodafone.

Work with Vodafone centred on aiding their design teams via the examination of existing elements utilised throughout Vodafone's mobile user interfaces, in order to develop solutions for future designs across their mobile landscape. The work culminated with a series of documents that would serve as a foundation upon which Vodafone could approach future projects.

My involvement required positioning myself alongside the design team as they scrutinised Vodafone's ecosystem, and documented their results. The documents were to serve as a manual for designers, whilst being straightforward, should others up and down Vodafone's chain of command require information about a certain project.
