Tangemon is a Tangible User Interface (TUI) to capture everyday precious moments seamlessly through euphoric human gestures like toasting, act of saying cheers, bashing cans, etc. with ellipsoidal tangible inter-communicating cocktail pieces. Our system has mimicked natural cocktail garnishing citrus fruits like lemons, oranges, limes, clementine, etc. taking lemons as particular usecase example. These tangible bits act as the identifier as well as a trigger for the omnipresent camera when they are in close proximity.

The lemons slices join together to form the aesthetics form of a round lemon which makes a collage of all the photographs taken. A new interaction of narrative photo sharing is also explored using NFC - photographs and collage can be shared on user's mobile devices by just a tap and these devices could be refreshed by squeezing in our hands. Non-invasiveness and eliminating the need of a third person to click a group picture formed the basis of our concept prototype. The exemplar was developed using 'Processing' software. The project outcome is a high-fidelity working prototype
