In charge of making Coke global concepts/campaigns relevant for local markets based of solid cultural and social insights. Develop local communication programs for product launch, promotion and events. Create communities of fans on Facebook and VK (leading social platform before FB) via digitaly centered IMC. The three main brands demanding fully local concepts are Piko (minut maid), Fuse-Tea and Fanta. Those brands reached above sales objectives and brand love scores in KZ for two consecutive years on a very clutered market. Coke is by far the market leader and active all year round with localy dev programs.

The Coca-Cola Company Serbia: All brands portfolio management over a period of 4 years after pitch. We where previously only handeling Coke. Schweppes extremely successful relaunch campaign was based on the Core Creative Idea "Only for the experienced since 1783" a platform that has evolved since into "Diferenciating men from boys". The main focus was on the sensory experience before to move onto image communication. The camapign was used regionaly and MCANN Belgrade still run the account in the region
Carlsberg Serbia & Montenegro: Management of the Tuborg and local brand Lav Pivo over a period of six years (Carlsberg is still a McCANN Belgrade client) Launch and maintenance of the Tuborg music platform, Lound & Clear and the Music events Green Beat. 
Nestle Ice cream Serbia & Montenegro; Complete portfolio management over a period of 6 years including the rebranding and relaunch from Delta Ice cream into Nestle ice cream. The main task was to gain market share from Frikom the regional leader. Through corporate, brand image, promotion and new product launch (Take home + innovations) campaigns the brand accessed to Nr1 Position in the kids segment
Imlek Serbia; Imlek is the leading dairy brand in Serbia. Packaging development for new products, balance + and Mocni. Packaging/iconography update of the cult brand, Moja Kravica. Brand lauch campaigns and promotions activities based on project pitch. 
Mlekara Sabac; Full launch of the Feta cheese brand based on pure Greek cliché treated with absurd humor
