O Tablado
O Tablado is a theater and an acting school, specially for children. It's a very traditional and well known theater and its school has revealed great actors and actresses for over 50 years.
The founder of the theater was Maria Clara Machado, a great actress and a theater lover and enthusiast. Her first contact with plays was with puppetry, when she was a little kid. The magic of the storytelling fascinated her and made her start learning the art.
the concept
The idea was to create a playful identity for children because of the acting school but at the same time it should be classic and elegant for all audiences.The concept is inspired by the magical world of puppetry, specially shadow puppetry.
