The Graphic Artists Offices & Lofts was a design project for Studio II. We had to create a space that included both private residences and office spaces, as well as a small cafe and a library. I separated the private from the public, with the relation between them being the central plaza where the cafe would be located. The plaza would be the most important part of the project, since it would integrate the building with its surroundings.
