The General Services Administration (GSA) made a huge move in Kansas City by relocating 1,000+ employees from their outdated facilities in the outskirts of Kansas City to a downtown high-rise location. The GSA occupies 7 floors of the building with their multiple departments and agencies. The 140,000 sf interior renovation took place over several months and resulted in a state-of-the-art work environment for an office of the future. Flexibility, Collaboration, and Fun were all key-words used during the design process to create the new space.
