Virginia Mason Cancer Institute in Seattle is one of the best in the country, but not a lot of people know it. We developed a non-traditional billboard campaign to draw attention to their good work. Over a few weeks we covered the ugliness of cancer with colorful graffiti art. Each grafitti tag is a name of a Virginia Mason doctor fighting cancer.
