Client: N/A (Mockup for Bulls Eye Publishing)
Task: Create a unique, attention-grabbing cover design for a book about the stark realities of factory farming and the likelihood food shortages in the future due to overworked soil and climate change.
Goals: I wanted to use images of the origins of food juxtaposed with a symbol of death.
Challenges: The photos used were all shot and scouted myself. I took shots of headstones, dry winter fields, a tractor my family owns, and the barn we store hay in.
