Real Estate Brand Identity for a commercial property in the Financial District, New York. Leveraging off the street name William, I gave the building a personality launching the “I am William” campaign.
The prefix of ‘I am’ allowed me to tell the story of the building as if you were getting to know it as a person. The black and white color palette was chosen to convey the ‘no nonsense’ honesty of the space. The broker leased the vacant floors in record time.
