PROJECT SUMMARY
BuilderTREND is a cloud based project management software for home builders and remodelers.
The software gives builders the tools to create project proposals, send bids, manage project deadlines, and store important documents in one secure place. Builders also have the option to provide their customers with a truncated version of the software, where they track the project’s running total, view an updated calendar, view and share project photos, and generally keep in contact with the builder from the comfort of their own home.
CONCEPT
The project to redesign the homeowner’s summary stemmed from a need to personalize the homeowner’s interaction with the software. Builders would use the homeowner’s private access as a selling point, but their side of the software was outdated, lifeless, and a little confusing to navigate. We want our homebuilders to be able to sell an experience to their customers, one where the home building or remodeling process feels personal, and the customer feels in control.
