During the month of June 2015, I was the Artist-in-Residence at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Though my main purpose was to continue on my search for abstracts found in nature... specifically in experimenting with long exposures in water (*see GSMNP - The Abstracts), I just could not miss the opportunity to capture some of the amazing scenics I discovered along my journeys. This is an execptional place to visit... from the breathtaking mountain scenery, rushing mountain streams, and the hardwood forests stretching to the horizon.
