I took part of a logo & branding contest through 99designs which was for a realty company called Second Story Realty.
The final design was inspired literally by the name, which shows that the colored part is the second story of a unvacated house, to symbolize the second story (tale) in their life that the tenants will have in that apartment.
After a few suggestions for the logos, the contest holder liked my ideas and my use of colors, and I won the design contest with the two logos below.
I also created letterheads, business cards and envelope designs for the project.
