As general manager of Atrealty, James Taylor holds the responsibility of hiring new agents and negotiating contracts with developers at the firm’s office headquarters in Gold Coast, Australia. In January 2015, James Taylor’s company obtained the project contract for the residential complex Canterbury Towers in Brisbane. 

Positioned within the Central Village Fortitude Valley, Canterbury Towers consists of a 19-level complex with 195 apartment units and over 600 square feet of ground level retail space. The luxury complex will feature an assortment of resort-style amenities and offer easy access to the Brisbane Central Business District, considered by many as the state’s premier shopping destination, with over 1,000 shops. 

Amenities of the complex include a multimillion-dollar man-made beach and pool, a gymnasium, and a lounge. Apartment units will feature European-style or equivalent appliances, as well as fast Internet connections and advanced technological security measures. In addition, the upper-level units in some towers will offer magnificent views of the RNA Showgrounds and beyond.
