Managing, creating and editing content is the most important part of publisher system. It originaly constisted list of articles and editing/creating interface, that was dividet into 2 steps and contained 5 screens.

During redesign I placed list of articles, and whole interface of creating/editing on one screen. This approach provides ability for writers quickly switch between articles in one click and easily make changes in content.
 

Another important part of publisher system is interface for author's management and evaluation of their productivity.

 

It was important to keep all the parameters of authors productivity. So I decided to keep the table, but I added small charts to each parameter, so it will be easy to compare authors between each other. Also I adjusted interface for editing author's information.

In original CMS analytics consisted of simple table and some controls to choose what kind of parameters should be shown in that table. During redesign instead of table I placed chart, so information now could be easily interpreted.
