Chevron Partners is developing a new building project in Boston's historic Beacon Hill. This very high-end development required printed collateral equal to the building project.

The Fenway Group worked with the client to develop a slipcover case which housed a 64-page full-color book and 12-page floor plan book.We created a matching emboss and foil stamp pattern for the book cover, along with insertion of a translucent sheet in the middle spread to help emphasis the beautiful, one-of-a-kind lobby.

The books were distributed at a lavish evening event created by NM Events of Brookline.
