An old friend of mine called and asked me if I was interested in making the first music video for his new band.
"Here's the idea: Let's make a road trip around the world... using Google Street View".
Me and my team were not convinced at first and afraid the result would be a little cheap, but we decided to
take it as a challenge, and after a few tests we were amazed by the result.
The shooting was fantastic. There was a very nice vibe on set and not only the Veeblefetzer guys were great, but so were the actors, all the guys that came to help and the owners of the Monk club who gave us their outside space to shoot.
It was more like a weekend at the park with friends than going to work.
Bottom line:
Money comes and goes, so once in a while if you get the opportunity to work with good friends in a good atmosphere, take the challenge and do it for free.
