An integrated marketing communications plan | December 5, 2011
On December 5, 2011, Glass Finch (my campaigns team) presented a marketing and advertising plan to a local Lincoln, Nebraska bank who was looking to target more millenial students. We developed this plan over four months.
As project manager of Glass Finch, I oversaw my group's day-to-day activities and created weekly conference reports on our progress as well as made goals each week for us to reach to stay on schedule. I also helped the creative and public relations teams develop and polish their creative pieces. My largest task was to develop a layout and design for the plans book (below). The content is a culmination of our efforts and strategies for Union Bank & Trust.
My team and I worked very hard to create an end product we could be proud of. I hope you enjoy.
