LivingSocial: product enhancements

LivingSocial is a global brand delivering millions of emails to its base every day. Its original focus was delivering and displaying one daily deal to each of its local markets per day. As the company grew and expanded its range of markets and offerings globally.
 
As Head of UX / Creative Director for LivingSocial (ANZ) I was responsible for designing and testing new features aimed at aligning user and business goals across all verticals.
 
The following is on overview of features and product innovations developed for LivingSocial. Many of the features proposed here can be seen implemented in current LivingSocial websites globally. These proposals were presented in a deck shared globally with senior management, founders and other stakeholders such as event partners.
