I first start out witha normal photo of Norman Bates.

 

Then i use tools in photoshop to trace Low Poly Triangles.

When finished in photoshop,I brought it up in illustrator and traced the lines and also made sure there would be no background space.

next i used the eye dropper tool and changed every triangle to the color of that triangle.
