LivingSocial Shop

LivingSocial’s original focus was on delivering and displaying one daily deal to each of its local markets per day. As the company grew its range of markets and offerings globally, customisation of the UX per vertical was needed. The ANZ team proposed and developed the concept of a merchandising vertical that delivered products rather than vouchers. This meant new platform development and a wider range of stakeholders including supply chain logistics experts.
 
I headed the UX design on the project, leading it through definition, ideation, prototyping and testing phases. Below is a sample of the documentation supporting the design.
