Inspired by my grandfather's Japanese calligraphy (Shodo). The woven textile is reminiscent of a scroll with organic shapes that reflect the natural and effortless motion of calligraphy. Anshin Ritsumei is a buddhist proverb defined as spiritual peace, enlightenment and calm resignation to fate.
