Outback Steakhouse is a leader in the casual dining category and a brand with over 25 years of rich history. I designed and art directed several campaigns for the steakhouse. Campaigns included Limited Time Offer promotions, system-wide in-restaurant communications, coasters, and menus. In 2014, our team was tasked with overhauling the Outback menu system and positioning the brand as a leader in the steak category. The project included lunch, dinner and beverage menus, table tents, menu inserts, and coasters. The new menu package was fast-tracked into production after overwhelmingly positive feedback in test markets.
