As the graphic designer for the Student Art Association at Youngstown State University I was charged with the task of creating a campaign for the 79th Annual Juried Student Art & Design Exhibition. I wanted the posters to speak directly to the student audience, encouraging them to enter their work into the show, and then commend them for their action. I hand painted the main black typographic elements on both posters and collaborated with two of my peers, giving them freedom to add the yellow and blue painted elements.
These posters were accepted into the Pittsburgh Chapter of AIGA's 2015 Annual Design Exhibition, PGH 365.
