PechaKucha ('chitchat' in Japanese) is an inspiring club night in which all kinds of creative people present their work and ideas in 20 slides of 20 seconds each. Since 2007 we've been curating and organizing the highly succesful Amsterdam editions of the PechaKucha Night.

As a happy crossbreed between an elevator pitch and speed dating, the PechaKucha Night presents 12 enlightened minds (architects, designers, photographers, artists, etc.) who share their work, ideas and inspiration with the audience, bound by one simple rule: 20 slides of 20 seconds.

No more boring lectures, seminars or presentations. The PechaKucha Night offers the audience the experience of a dazzling range of speakers and images in the course of one evening. The format was founded by the Tokyo-based architects of Klein Dytham. Nowadays PechaKucha Nights take place in more than 450 cities worldwide.

People and parties we've worked with

HUNK-design, Jonmar van Vlijmen, Merel Das, Studio Stennis, 11, ExperimentaDesign Festival, Mediamatic, Tolhuistuin, Trouw, Roest, BeamSystems, Bionade, Smart, Sonos, Amsterdams Fonds voor de Kunst.
