Clarabridge’s primary clients are the Customer Experience Groups within Global5000 companies. With explosive growth over the past three years, Clarabridge is strategically positioned as a market leader. Their vision is to be the authority on CEM (Customer Experience Management). When Clarabridge approached us (Peak Two) with redesigning their website, customer engagement was key. Everything was about starting a conversation and deepening relationships.
 
It was important that the tone was not too tech-y or industrial. We wanted to present Clarabridge as powerful and competent, yet friendly and approachable, so we explored a range of customer-centric motivations and emotions. Strong compelling statements and crisp clean UI element emerged as a framework for delivering valuable content. We mapped out clear, efficient wayfinding, and created an aggressive plan for creating gated library of educational and training materials, as a secondary source of lead generation.
